The well-known and beloved Psalm 23 declares that God, our Good Shepherd, “makes us lie down in green pastures.” That promise of divine nourishment would eventually be fulfilled on the green hills of Galilee where Jesus fed a crowd of 5,000 men with a miraculous provision of bread and fish. Today, don’t be lured in by the spiritual “junk food” of false shepherds (Jer 23).
Feed on the Word of Christ every day, and you will never go hungry!
