Fathers and mothers have a vision for their children’s future long before the children themselves begin to think about it. Even before we are born, our parents are thinking about the blessings that our lives will bring. Our Eternal Father in heaven had a vision for Israel – “You shall be my treasured possession…a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. (Ex.19:5-6)” Our Lord Jesus had a vision for his Church on earth, the New Israel. They would proclaim the coming of God’s Kingdom to earth and perform miraculous deeds of mercy in Christ’s name. God sees you in His plan to bless the whole earth!
