Luke Bible Study: Week 5

This Sunday at 8:15am we continue a 12-week study of selections from Luke’s Gospel. Our study lesson for this Sunday will be Luke 1:1-25, “The Birth of John the Baptist Foretold”. Did you know the Biblical account of Christmas contains TWO miraculous births!? We’ll read about God’s gracious intervention in the lives of two faithful Israelites – Zechariah and Elizabeth. Long after their child-bearing years, they would become the parents of John the Baptist – prophet and forerunner of Christ.
